This place is a GEM! Delicious food every time! They embrace the seasons and create such a cosy and lovely atmosphere! The staff cannot do enough for you, so welcoming! The Sunday roast is delicious and the normal menu has plenty to choose from and is also wonderful! They have brought something so unique and special to the village! 10/10 recommended!
The Sunday roast at Lokal was excellent, with a well-balanced flavour and beautifully presented. The espresso martini was perfectly made, rich in coffee aroma, smooth, and elegantly served. Both the kitchen and the bar maintain a high standard.
A lovely space with a great atmosphere & excellent food. It's immediately clear that the owners take pride in their business and do their best to ensure that everyone has a great experience. We eat out quite a lot and I can honestly say that this is one of the best dining experiences I've had in a long while.

First time at Lokal and WOW, absolutely delicious food.. so much flavour in everyone's dishes. Every course was Superb and you could tell how much love had gone into making the food. Staff are lovely and friendly. Beautiful little restaurant. Loved it. You must try the Sunday Roast as it's like real Home made.. Extremely affordable too. Don't just walk past, go in and see for yourself. Thank you very much. Will be back very soon.
Always great food! The staff are really friendly and attentive! The food is scrumptious and fresh and some of the best hummus I've had in my life! There is a garden outside, I'm not sure what it's like as we like to sit in the window and people watch.
We booked for the Sunday roast offer ( starter, roast dinner and glass of Prosecco ) for £17.95. One of us is vegetarian so we let them know when we booked it and they made a Mediterranean style tart to go with the roast veggies. We had a complimentary glass of Prosecco when we were seated at our table . It was a lovely meal with a small bowl of homemade soup for starter and then the roast dinner and we would definitely go again !! Thinking after, the only thing missing was a vegetarian gravy that we never thought to ask about while we were there. The girls who greeted and served us were lovely and friendly . Highly recommend and good value for money Thsnk you !!
